Dr. Pouso and her staff provide excellent customer service, and are super caring toward their patients. The office is also very clean and beautiful. I am so happy I found them and will continue going here for routine dental care.

Dr. Pouso is extremely talented and also is very nice and so positive that it makes it so easy to get so many restorative and cosmetic procedures done with ease. I am no longer fearful or nervous about getting dental work done like before. I am extremely pleased about the work that was completed thus far and now I can smile with my mouth open again! There is a great, on-site hygienist too. The office manager, Gabriela is helpful and courteous. I've never been so psyched to restore my smile like now! I have received many compliments. Thank you Dr. Pouso and staff.

I have been afraid of dentists for as long as I remember.  And I have a patchwork of poor dentistry to show for it.  If they told me I needed it, I did it.  But thankfully I now have found Dr. Loretta Pouso.  She doesn't push you into doing unnecessary work but explains what is needed and why.  And the quality of her work is terrific. I have had to get several caps and implants and the difference in the fit and aesthetic of the work is remarkable.  I wish that I had been going to her for the last ten years as it would have saved me a lot of anxiety and money.   Her office is calming and super clean.  Going to the dentist is never going to be without stress but AE Dentistry has made it a lot better.

Quality service and attention to detail should be the norm but it rarely is. So when you visit a dentist that offers that and more, you apreciate it so much.

The staff were wonderful, super attentive and boy what a good looking group of folks. How often do you say, "Wow! Thats a good looking dentist". Just impressive all around.

Today was my first visit here & I think i found my new dentist location for my yearly cleaning! I was referred here by my family dentist Mark Ragusa for a tooth repair. Scheduling appointments was very easy and there was a lot of parking which is a plus. After walking into the office I was so amazed by how nice the place was! It's exactly how I would want my office to look if I ran a business. Everything is modern, clean & cozy. I loved the fact that I didn't have to deal with paperwork. Reception gave me an iPad to update my contact info and sign any forms.

Not only is Loretta absolutely beautiful, fun & friendly, but she is also informative and professional. She pays close attention to detail and your experiance from the time you sit in the chair, to the time you leave. She doesn't rush through appointments and she actually takes her time. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in her work. Throughout the years Loretta worked on my teeth but this is my first time going to this location. Aside from the fact that they're amazing at the technical stuff, staff is very friendly as well. They answer all your questions quickly & efficiently.

All in- If you are looking for a dentist I would highly recommend Loretta & her staff at Advanced Esthetic Dentisty of Whitestone & Bayside! The Tropical Mint Chapstick & the rose gold pen with a stylus was a nice touch as well. I can't wait to come back!
