Dr. Cafferella is a very good bedside manner, unfortunately nothing that he does or did for my treatment plan was ever in writing. So when he would add new information in his explanation of the treatment I was having. I grew concerned since it was not discussed prior. I have never been to a doctor where they did not document the treatment plan for the patient. This practice was the first. Some of the staff are nice and there are 1 or 2 that are quite rough and without proper professional etiquette. The worst part of the experience is the staff has been condescending, unprofessional, and the treatment plan was never put in writing (medical records, and treatment plan). After weeks of calling for this info, and receiving no response from the staff or dentist. I knew it was time to go, unfortunately the unprofessionalism continued when I asked for my medical records because they delayed beyond the HIPPA guidance. In the end go to a practice where the doctor is not only nice, but he is diligent in his care, transparent in his procedure, keeps great notes (med hx, and treatment plan) and his staff is respectful and follows HIPPA. This practice missed the mark and it was unfortunate, considering their prices arent cheap. Matter fact the only thing they do put in writing is how much you have to pay. Otherwise good luck.

Dr. Barsoum and Dr. Cafarella are the best! They are very experienced plus they are super friendly and have a really nice staff. They are very thorough and are experts at what they do. I highly recommend Integrated Aesthetic Dentistry to everybody who needs dental help.

Dr. Cafarella is the best! He's been my dentist ever since I moved from FL almost 5 years ago. He's very professional, thorough, gentle and amiable. Even when I needed unexpected dental work, he was very understanding and flexible with my insurance and out-of-pocket cost. The dental hygienist is also great. The reception staff are all so nice, happy and very gracious when it comes to scheduling matters. No other dentistry I would go to. Highly recommend!

Dr. Barsoum is by far the most thorough, gentle, understanding, patient dentist I have ever had...and my grandfather was my dentist for years!  I am a very nervous dental patient, and she made me feel immediately at ease in the dental chair.  I had to get a cavity filled, and it was the most well-executed and least painful experience that I have ever had.  I also got my teeth whitened, and was thrilled with the results.  Could not more highly recommend a dentist to see.

I've had serious dental issues since high school, I'm in my mid-late 30s now, and feel like I've seen more dentists than any normal person should. Mike and Caroline are exceptional, from the way they treat you, explain everything to their treatment. And even now, when my insurance doesn't cover them, I still go here. Best - dentists - ever.

Also got to listen to dark side of the moon when I had some serous work done. It was an excellent experience.
