The patient refused to perform implantation in the lateral parts for prosthetics on 6 or 8 implants due to the necessity of bone grafting performing, the long-time term treatment, and high financial expenses. A decision was taken to implement the “All-on-4” concept.
The stages of treatment:
- Teeth were extracted.
- The bone tissue was reduced to the required level.
- Nobel Parallel CC implants were installed ( lateral implants at an angle of 30 degrees, multiunits at the angle of 30 degrees, frontal - straight, the height of all implants is 3.5 mm). The position of implants is determined by the position and angle of adjacent.
- Impressions for temporary construction of long-term use were taken. The construction is based on a cast beam.
- The model was mounted and a wax-up created.
On the 3rd day, the model was tried in the mouth to confirm functional and aesthetics. The patient made a few adjustments. The patient’s changes were transferred to the dental technician. On the 7th day, the sutures were removed and a temporary construction was fixed in the oral cavity.
A full removable denture was made on the upper jaw. The patient is satisfied with the work done.
