A 21-year-old patient applied to the dental clinic with a fracture of 21 teeth.
The patient also complained about the aesthetics of the front teeth on both jaws and the presence of carious lesions in the areas of teeth 11, 12, and 22.
After the extraction of tooth 21, the dental implant was immediately inserted. Temporary structures fixed immediately after implant placement. The patient was instructed on how to take care of the oral cavity.
Decayed teeth prepared for further restoration through ceramic restorations.
An individual structure on a zirconium block with further ceramic coating was made. After fitting the structures in the oral cavity, it was corrected and finally fixed.
After 4 months from the surgery, a stable condition of the surrounding soft and hard tissues was confirmed, as well as an adequate occlusal ratio. The patient was very satisfied with the result, and the x-ray control data showed that the restoration was in a functional and favorable state.
