Comprehensive rehabilitation ‘ALL ON 28’ - installation of 28 ceramic crowns.
The patient applied to the dental clinic to restore all the damaged teeth and install veneers on the teeth. After the diagnosis, were revealed defects in previous dental treatment, chipped teeth, an unsatisfactory smile, and a darkish color of the teeth.
The treatment was started with hygienic cleaning, dental sanitation, and re-treatment of canals under a microscope. Unfortunately, one of the teeth had a longitudinal crack, and there was only one way - tooth extraction.
After the damaged tooth was removed, immediately a Korean Osstem implant was placed in the hole of the tooth, and a temporary crown was made.
After digital smile design, computer scanning, and modeling, it was decided to work with all the teeth. Temporary veneers and crowns were made. The patient made some adjustments to the shape of the teeth, the future color of the teeth was selected.
After approving the shape of permanent veneers, we tried them on and fixed them first on the upper jaw, then on the lower jaw. Just by this time, the implant was integrated, and the treatment was completed simultaneously. Neither the patient nor we expected such a brilliant smile! Now the patient comes once every six months for the professional hygienic cleaning and preventive examination.
