The patient, a young woman, was dissatisfied with the overall appearance of her teeth after orthodontic treatment.
Four incisors were depopulated long before starting treatment. In depopulated teeth, enamel has no characteristic shine it is of a grayish-yellowish shade.
After removing the old restorations, it was decided to restore the stumps of teeth using fiberglass dental posts and Luxacore z material.
In place of 13, there was a tooth 14, it was not difficult to make 13 out of it.
The four incisors were prepared for installing crowns using an 8-fold increase Surgitel.
The 23 was prepared for installing veneer using minimally invasive techniques and a silicone key.
Temporary crowns were made using the direct Luxatemp method.
Standard planning: wax-up and mock-up. Preparation is through mock-up.
Using E-max material. Adhesive fixation using cofferdam on Variolink Veneer Syntac adhesive from Ivoclar.
