This response is unwarranted as you are just addressing the bleeding which is just one issue from the many I experienced. My gums were cut, I was there to feel it, every time, every 6 months for 4 years. Thank you for checking in, if you need a dental referral, check out my other rating for my dentist.

Dr. K and his amazing staff treat you like family. I felt informed, cared for and as if I was their only patient of the day even though I was the last appointment. I have truly found my primary dentist and highly recommend that all of you also call him yours.

Went to see Dr. Krantz and couldn't be more pleased. He explained everything he was doing and took the time to make sure I was comfortable. Fixed my tooth and went on my way in no time. The staff was very friendly as well. Will be back, hopefully for just routine cleanings.

I made an appt with this dentist. I haven't been to the dentist for a long time,cause I'm scared to death of the dentist. Anyhow I missed the first appt cause I was ill. I called and made another appt. Unfortunately I missed that. The Dr. called me and I tried to speak with him and he told me look for another place,this place is not for you and hung up on me. I really wanted to come here cause it's close to my home ,which is better for me cause I'm disabled. Anywho I sent them an email apologizing and informing them that the dentist scares me,but that I won't miss the next appt. No response. So I guess it's better that I didn't go with a doctor that has that type of temperament.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went in for a regular check up/cleaning and my experience was horrible. From the very beginning in the waiting room I could hear Dr. Krantz bad mouthing and cursing about other patients to his employees. When I got to my room, the hygienist took my x rays and after, she noticed that she had the wrong patient's file up. Dr. Krantz did my cleaning and never in my entire life have I had that much pain and bleeding from a routine cleaning. He blamed the bleeding on my birth control. I have been on birth control for 8 years, and going to the dentist has NEVER made my gums bleed to that extent. It was by the far most horrific experience I've had in my 18 years of going to the dentist.

I've been seeing Dr. Krantz for 20 plus years. I no longer live in the neighborhood but it's well worth the commute. Knowing you're in good hands. That if you need a procedure/crown etc that it will be done in excellent quality . And just as important...he's trustworthy in that he's not going to do any unnecessary procedures.
And you can always count on a good laugh from the friendly staff.
