Dr Ho is the best ! Dr Ho is patient and gentle, which is very important when dealing with teeth, to avoid pain as much as possible.Dr. Ho explains every procedure with such consideration and patience. I've been going to him for at least 6 years and all my visits are 5 stars! They always greet me with professionally and kindness. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Office is immaculate and easy to get to by public transportation.

Can't thank Dr.Ho and assistant Michelle enough for the pleasant trip to the dentist. I am very afraid to go to dentist for many reason. I try to avoid it for years but My tooth gave me crazy pain that hurts my ear too. So I had to go. Dr.ho made sure I was comfortable and explain to me how it was done and that there will be no pain. It was really fast and painless. I will recommend anyone scare of dentist like me to visit Dr.Ho. Very professional and caring.

Front desk lady is nice and give you clearly instructions to fill out forms,etc. the dentist is nice and professional.

DO NOT COME HERE if u want to experience rude receptionist! Came here as walk-in because my gums were swollen and killing me!! So I came here hoping to be seen and for some relief but there was an issue with my health insurance so the receptionist wrote me an address to another dentist that would be able to see me for emergency cases. Went to the address provided and it wasn't a dental office at all, it was for a apartment building!! So I called the office to confirm the address and the same receptionist simply brushed me off saying " well if u can't find it, then just call your insurance and ask them" how rude of her!! Yeah sure just brush me off while I'm in agonizing pain!!! Oh and the btw the receptionist spoke mandarin and very poor English so if u want to be heard clearly don't expect her to. Will never come back to this dental office and I highly DO NOT recommend this clinic. Receptionists represent the office and should be pleasant to patients, new or old, I work for a medical facility as well and I never ever will treat patients as rudely as she!!!!!!!

I was experiencing severe swollen gum pain due to a new implant recently put in. My own dentist is in Manhattan and closed on the weekends. After googling for any dental office that opens on Sunday, I ventured here. Dr Ho exceeded my expectations by providing me with expert advice on what I need to do and the different possible scenarios. He was very patient and answered all my questions and concerns. He even went above and beyond to reassure me on the circumstances. Even though I have to go back to my own dentist for the pain issues, I know Dr Ho seems like a trustworthy doctor whom I would recommend for those who need dental work and lives in Brooklyn.

Dr. Ho just removed my left wisdom tooth today (1-26-202). And he made me feel really at ease. He is very kind and patient. He answered all my questions. I’ll be going back to him from now on. Thank you again Dr. Ho.

Dr. Ho is a very understanding and patient dentist. Im not the best with handling dental procedures of any kind but Dr. Ho talks me through it and helps me feel less anxious. Hes the best dentist ive ever had.
