A few cavities and caps later, I can say that these folks are fantastic. Extremely friendly, they take the time to explain what and why I need certain procedures; and never make me feel rushed. People also forget how important the dental hygienist is for overall oral health; and they have a great and thorough staff (I get a cleaning at least twice a year).
Also -- they are also extremely flexible when I need to change appointment times (even at the last minute) which is incredibly important to me given my unpredictable schedule. The friendly tone at the office is driven by Roxanne -- a truly great office manager. She always has a smiley face; and works with you for whatever you need.

Besides, they won't refund you promptly after they get reimbursement from your insurance. I had to call multiple times to get the refund.
I don't have an issue with their dentists, but the way they bill is absolutely shady!
