Dr. De Bock is a wonderful family dentist. He has been caring for my children since before they had teeth - letting them crawl into the chair and open their mouths after their dad and I were done with our cleanings. We never had a single tear, ouchie, or moment of fear with them, even through cavities, braces, broken teeth (sports accident), and root canals. He’s fantastic

I have been to many dentists over the years; but Dr. De Bock is the most , honest, attentive and gentle doctor there is. His office is pristine and staff extremely amenable to my needs. His work has always been superb and he was able to save many of my teeth over the years. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist whether you are in bay ridge or not. His hygiene staff, Dolores, Inna and Ann Marie provide the utmost care too for general cleanings and scalings. My family uses Mark and he is one of the kindest dentists around. He does everything right and i would say with confidence that you should be using Dr Debock as your dentist as well. I won't use anyone, but Mark.

Wow! Dr. De Bock and his staff were phenomenal. I am very nervous about going to the dentist and consequently don't go very often. I was afraid he would chastise and/or judge me, but he was incredible. The best part? The hygienist was amazing! So kind, gentle, comforting, and easy-going. I've never written a review on here before but was so blown away by finally having a good dentist experience, I had to share. Even the front desk staff was great...friendly and light-hearted. Made the whole experience a breeze. Highly recommended!

I over came my fear of dentist when I met Dr. Mark DeBock. He's a great dentist and I've been loyal to him way over 25 years. I have also referred my family and many friends to him.

I have known Dr. Mark De Bock for a very long time. He is a fantastic dentist who takes the time to address any concern you have. He is thorough with the checkups and i am extremely happy to have him as my dentist. He is the only dentist i will go to! Also, the entire staff is always kind and polite. They deserve some kudos as well because the entire experience is pleasant and painless.

Years ago I had my tiny bottom fillings changed from silver to white composite. The fillings were tiny! De Bock made huge new fillings holes . I was in my early twenties. I later found out that dentists charge insurance companies by the size of the filling.
He is completely unethical. Purposely gave me needlessly tremendous fillings to be able to charge more to the insurance company. Twenty years later and I'm still mad.

Absolutely the best!! I have a strong gag reflex which Dr. DeBock tempers with nitrous. Great conversationalist he puts you at ease from the moment you are in the chair. No fear, no pain he is best.

Dr. DeBock has been my "go to" dentist for over 20 years. His professional, low key & confidence building demeanor makes him top notch in my book. From fillings to cosmetic work & emergency situations he & his staff are always helpful. I've never had a problem with my insurance paper work & they always send out E-mail & text reminders as an appointment date approaches. If you're looking for a neighborhood ( Bay Ridge) Dentist who's skills are excellent you can't go wrong with Dr. DeBock.
