Dr.Souferian earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Buffalo University School of Dental Medicine. Since then, he has remained up-to-date on the latest developments in his field through numerous continuing education courses, including those in LUMINEERS® veneers, Invisalign®, aesthetic restoration & dental implants. Dr. Souferian is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association & the Second District Dental Society. I've been going to Dr. Souferian now for five years. It's been great. I was about to go to another dentist, however, because Dr. Souferian's office doesn't take the new insurance I have.
I ended up going to the dentist a few blocks away from his office who was in my network. I cannot say anything about the dentist because I did not get a chance to see her. I was so turned off by her receptionist who wouldn't accept my temporary insurance card. I didn't care whether I would have to pay out of pocket to go back to Dr. Souferian's office. I just know that I will get quality service and be treated like a human being.
I got my teeth cleaned today, and don't have the headache of dealing with people who think they are better than you.

My visit to Robert was exceptional. I went in for a cleaning and cosmetic consultation and my result was better than anticipated. Robert was very easy to talk to, friendly and was very attentive and addressed all of my questions. He took his time cleaning my teeth and even fixed the pothole on the front of my tooth which other dentists had ignored and told me it's not a big deal. I was delighted. A+ service. Will recommend!

So I scheduled my appointment a month ahead and made sure I ask if they take my dental insurance the answer was yes! and after a long wait and having to leave work early to go to the appointment I get there and I was told that my insurance covers only 50% and I have to pay the other 50% out of pocket. Very disappointed and the reception has the nerve to lie to my face and said she left me a message about this issue. Total bullshit

I am grateful to Dr. Souferian for the life-changing dentistry he performed on me in 2010. He gave me back my smile and self-confidence. I cannot believe I waited so many years to take care of my teeth. Thank you Dr. Souferian.

His work is amazing! He is also let me know about all the options I had. He made me feel very comfortable, usually I am very embarrassed because my teeth are so bad. He was by far the best dentist I have come across.

Amazing experience, happy I found my new dentist. Its so hard these days to find someone who is honest and who doesn't push any extra work on you. Came here for a regular check up and cleaning and it went great. Very reasonable rates. Office staff was also great and very kid friendly. Will recommend and will be back! Thanks Dr Souferian!

Wife had tooth extraction here and everything went smoothly. She really likes the personality and demeanor of Dr. Souferian, and I must say, I might give him a try for my next appointment. His office is a little "low key", but the staff and services are professional and top notch. Insurance and co-pay were accepted and much more reasonable than what I'm used to. Great local professional, without the hype or overhead.
