Dr. Flatow is such a great dentist!! He has such a calm and wonderful chair side manner. I have been fearful of dentist due to previous bad experiences. When my toothache became unavoidable of warranting attention ,reviews lead me to Dr Flatow and I am so very thankful they did!! He explained my treatment and didn’t shame me of my avoidance. When I began treatment I didn’t feel a thing!! I have scheduled my next check up and I am so pleased to say I look forward to my next visit. Thank you Dr Flatow and your amazing staff!!

I have been seeing Dr Flatow for years. I recently received a crown and whitening at his new office and very pleased with the outcome. My daughter also just had a tooth pulled. She was extremely nervous but he was so gentle injecting anesthesia.

Dr Flatow is not a very competent dentist. He created a treatment plan for my husband which involved creating an 8 unit bridge. I was leery of this long a span in a bridge and raised this issue with other dentists.Everyone said that this type of bridge would be prone to failure. As part of Dr Flatow's treatment plan he referred my husband to Dr Svetcov who did root canals on two perfectly good teeth. Dr Flatow began to doubt his own treatment plan. He is not a top dentist. There are better choices in Queens New York.

Dr Flatow is a mediocre dentist. He created a treatment plan for my husband which involved creating an 8 unit bridge. Competent other dentists said this type of bridge was prone to failure. As part of this plan Dr Flatow referred my husband for root canals in perfectly good teeth. Obviously my husband is no longer being treated by Dr Flatow.

I've been with Dr. Flatow for over 5 years. He is the best dentist I have ever visited and treats his patients with care. His entire team is wonderful to deal with and appointments are always on time. The hygienists are gentle but thorough (Karen is the best), the front desk knows the answer to all insurance questions, and Dr. Flatow keeps my smile bright and teeth shining.

I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Flatow and have recommended him to many of my friends. His new office is extremely clean and modern and the location is excellent. He is about 2-3 blocks from the E,F,M,R train at 71st/Continental Ave.

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Flatow's practice. I went in with a took ache after putting off the dentist for longer than I care to admit. I was terrified that I might have my first cavity ever. Dr. Flatow's dental hygienist, who's name escapes me, was the perfect combination of gentle with her work but firm with reprimanding me for waiting so long to come in. After a thorough teeth cleaning, a tiny cavity in one of my molars (it doesn't count if it's on a molar, right?) and some receding gum that exposed one of my roots were found. A quick follow up appointment fixed both issues.

I've heard horror stories about dentists insisting on procedures that are not needed. As someone that had gone to the same dentist my entire life before moving to NYC, I was terrified of finding a dentist I could trust. Dr. Flatow's practice is as honest as they come and I am glad that Yelp helped me find it.

Dr. Flatow's demeanor is refreshing in a city full of cold and awkward doctors forced to treat their patients as widgets instead of people. I, oddly enough, look forward to my next cleaning in 6 months.

I Have been going to Dr  Flatow for years. My wife has been going to him for over 20 years and spoke so highly of him that  I started going to him .  He is the best dentist I have ever gone to   He fixed two crowns for me and a filling or two.  Very gentle and takes his time . Karen  who cleans my  teeth is the best  quick but gentile.  My teeth feel amazing after  the cleaning .  I have never been a fan of dentist but Dr Flatow and staff changed that .  Also I live in Bellmore  and drive to queens because  Dr Flatow  office is the best

Recently visited Dr.Flatow for an emergency visit. His receptionist was able to fit me in his schedule. The office was very spacious and staff were extremely friendly. Dr.Flatow was great and very informative. Beautiful work done you can't even tell I have a cap on one of my teeth. He was extremely gentle. By far the greatest dentist I've been to!
