Born and raised in West Bloomfield, Michigan, I am a true Midwestern girl in the Big Apple.  I currently live in Manhattan with my husband Chris and adorable (if I do say so myself) son, Eli. We love staying active and exploring the city.  One other small detail that you should know about me is that I LOVE orthodontics. Not to geek out on you here, but seriously, I LOVE orthodontics! I am passionate about creating beautiful, bright, healthy smiles, and I genuinely love getting to know the person behind that smile (YOU!). It is so important to me to develop relationships with my patients, their families, and the community as a whole. I want to hear about your latest trip or achievement, so please don't be surprised if I start asking you questions with my hands in your mouth! The best part about orthodontics is that it allows me to blend my academic and scientific interests with my strong esthetic eye and creativity. If you can't tell by now, I truly love what I do.
