Lovely team! Just came in for a routine cleaning and it was quick and easy. I can't remember my hygienist's name, but she is the best! Puts me at ease every time. I also saw Dr. Tina for the first time today - she is great! Thank you!

'm never disappointed with the results of the dental work by Frangella Dentistry. I recently needed a filling repaired and I was able to get an appointment to resolve the issue immediately. In addition, they were able to to move up my 6 month cleaning, so I was able to get both services on the same day...which saved me an additional trip.

Frangella Dental is THE best dental office I've ever interacted with. The front desk staff is always extremely nice and prompt, the hygienists are friendly and knowledgeable, and the dentists are caring and honest. I've always had a great experience and have recommended Frangella Dental to all of my friends!

My last review was written a year ago. Since then I have visited Frangella Dental a number of times, and my opinion has only become more favorable.

The office is run low key but very professionally. Dr. Andrew explains everything he is going to do and why he is doing it in jargon free language. He is extremely adept so frequently I do not feel the slightest discomfort.

Finally, the receptionist has an encyclopedic knowledge of what every insurance company will pay so that you have a fairly accurate knowledge of how much you will have to pay before you even hear from the insurer.

Great. Went in for cleaning and no complaints. It was a gentle experience compared with the other dentists I've gone to.

Needed to find a dentist and was worried about who I'd end up with as I've had bad experiences in the past. Thankfully this was not the case.

Whole process was enjoyable from scheduling to the appointment itself. Very professional and clean office with incredibly nice staff. Could not recommend more.

I have mixed feelings about this office. The family of dentists are all talented - but the receptionists have poor customer service skills. After getting two crowns, I was told to wait to pay to see what insurance will cover. This was told me to after the crown was implanted, then again when I went for a cleaning. I had to cancel the cleaning appointment after that due to scheduling, and forgot to call to reschedule. Few months after, I was getting a call from a debt collector sharing that I owed $650. After calling Frangella Dental - they shared the obvious (that it is nothing they can do as its with the collector) but in addition, they had my email incorrectly spelled. They failed to call me regarding payment, and emailed the invoices to this incorrect email.

In my experience, I've always either loved the doctor/dentist and not had the best experience with the staff, or appreciated a friendly staff with a so-so doctor.   My visit to Frangella Dental is honestly the first time I've ever experienced positives on both sides and it made for a great experience, despite my paralyzing fear of dentists.  

Dr. Andrew Frangella is so nice, and was very sensitive to my fears, constantly making sure that I was okay and not in any pain.  Pia did my cleaning and I know I made it hard for her because she was so sweet and funny that I was trying to talk the whole time (sorry Pia!).  

Making an appointment was easy, all paperwork can be submitted online, and they were very understanding when a last minute client request resulted in me being a bit late.  

All in all, if you are looking for a dentist who is knowledgeable and friendly, and who has a great staff to boot, look no further!
