So lucky to have found this place a while back. Everyone there is very nice and the office is pristine. Both Dr. Kim and Dr. Chen are very personable and amazing at what they do. They also always do what's best for the patient.

All the reviews seem to be for Dr. Kim which is great, but also wanted to put a review for Dr. Kuei-Chu Christie Chen,DDS :). Let preface this by saying I need comprehensive work done, because I skipped plenty of years due to a bad experience.  Being at the precipice of losing a tooth, I've opted to hunt down a kind dentist. I've combed Yelp, vitals, google, Zocdoc, Aetna etc... finally found Dr.Chen via Zocdoc and took a chance. She's calm, and explains what she's done or why/what she's doing, and works to keep you as comfortable as possible. What I really loved is that she broke down the major work that needs to get done in blocks, by price out of pocket from insurance AND in the order of importance.  I have insurance so I can't imagine out of pocket cost!  This isn't including cosmetic portion which means implants, and major bone scanning so keep that in mind if you have a tooth that you have to say bye bye.

Here's something to know, and shouldn't be a big deal... it's an open concept office which means you can leave or come in while someone else is getting work and peek in.  The chair is positioned with your back away from the door, and the X-ray screen is up against the wall. So when a doctor is trying to show you a photo of a teeth or xrays you don't have to move much while in the chair.  What killed me when I walked in was the DRILLING I could hear fairly easily, but after walking back and noting the open door policy I was a bit at ease. Lol.  Get your teeth checked.

The service here is amazing. The staff is so friendly and welcome you like you've been a long time customer even if its your first time here. They are very thorough here when examining your teeth. I had x-rays taken and they have this cool little photo wand. Dr. Kim takes the time to pull these images up on the big screen and talk you through what he sees. I love this because I've been duped by another dentist before so I have some trust issues with dentists. He explains exactly how he came to the conclusion of whatever treatment you may need. He is very honest and informative.
