One of the worst dental offices i ever was, the staff is rude and unprofessional the place is unsafe and unsanitary their prices are so expensive, stay away from this office

Monica, Ines and Dr. Han are all amazing at explaining the process and delivering their service in a warm and inviting manner that immediately relaxes you.  The overall office is very on point and runs smooth- which is exactly what I want from a trip to the dentist!  They have state of the art equipment that helps me understand what's going on with each procedure.  If you're looking for a new dental office- try them out, you won't be disappointed!

If you are looking for a dental office in FiDi, this is the place! I have been going to Lumia Dental for a year and every visit has been pleasant. The office atmosphere is hip and doesn't feel like a typical dentist's office. The girls at the reception desk are lovely!!! They are super friendly and are willing to answer any questions you might have.  I recently decided to get some cosmetic work done and Dr. Donohue was my dentist. The entire process took about a month and I am very happy with the results. Dr. Donohue was patient and knowledgeable.

This was my first visit and it was one of the best Dentist appointments I’ve ever had. I would absolutely recommend.

If you're skeptical, all the five stars are the real deal! This was my third cosmetic dentist experience in NYC. I've visited two other doctors in NYC who also had 5 star reviews, but the cosmetic work was subpar and I left feeling just as uncomfortable with my smile - causing me to get a consult at Lumia Dental (third time is a charm!).

My experience with Dr. Han far surpassed others; she clearly takes pride in her work and making sure her patients are 110% happy. She did beautiful cosmetic work, but also seemed genuinely interested in my feedback throughout the process, to ensure I felt not just good but great about the final product. She was meticulous about color matching to make sure everything looked natural but improved, which was a pain point for other dentists. She also provided a number of cost options and helped me evaluate the best option based on what was important to me. Dr. Han managed to do all this while exuding patience and completing my appointments quickly.

I could go on and on, BUT if you're looking cosmetic work, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Han. Her staff is also really friendly & helpful when it comes to understanding upfront costs/insurance/payment options. Can't thank them enough.

Found this place through my insurance to be my new dentist for simple semi annual cleanings
So glad I found this spot, not only is it convenient, which is one of my number one requirement, the staff is super friendly, clean lobby where you can have coffee and water (not sure who would have coffee before or after a cleaning tho!), you get to watch Netflix while they clean (why did I choose friends, it was hard to not laugh while they cleaned away)

I will be a permanent customer/patient until this location is not convenient for me. Thank you Lumia!

Lumia was amazing from start to finish. The staff here is incredible, responsive and polite. The office is beautiful as well. The dental tech who did my cleaning was knowledgable and had a great bedside manner. Dr Han was fantastic as well. No one looks forward to going to the dentist but coming here feels like a high end experience and makes it not so bad. The rooms even have a screen with Netflix if you want some distraction. I'm so happy to have found this place!

I cannot say enough great things about Lumia Dental! My husband was already a patient of Dr. Han's and had been telling me to switch providers and come to Lumia Dental for months. I finally did and am so happy about it!

As a result of my first visit, Dr. Han noticed areas of darkness around an old root canal. I've taken multiple Xrays before so I am not sure why this hadn't already been flagged by my previous provider. Dr. Han completed the rest of my exam and checked all my teeth with some tool that scans for cavities without radiation - how cool is that? She also strongly advised I address the old root canal as it seemed like an infection.

Well, today Dr. Wang got to the bottom of it. He performed a complicated root canal repair, which not only didn't crack my tooth (I was nervous about that as the old root canal was so close to the tooth) but I felt no pain or discomfort, as well as almost no numbness by the time I was leaving the office. To me, that was pretty unbelievable and a total Dr. Han/Dr. Wang slam-dunk!

So... I strongly recommend Lumia Dental to anyone who wants strong and healthy teeth, courtesy of an awesome team of doctors.

Went in to get a filling ( it's my first cavity at 35 years old, it was a nice run haha) and it couldn't have gone any smoother! Dr. Donohue and the team was thorough and efficient, and I was done in 30 minutes!! I was so surprised it went as quickly as it did. He explained everything and also made sure my night guard (that I've had for a few years) was set right. He could have tried to sell me a new night guard but he only wanted to make sure mine was resting as it should, which is refreshing to see someone not trying to sell you something.

I've already told all of my co-workers about this place, and I know I've found my dentist for now and the future!!
