Business Owner

Dr. Barillas has been practicing as a specialist in orthodontics, dentofacial orthopedics, craniofacial surgical orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry for more than 20 years. She received her Doctorate from New York State. She completed a two year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program certificate with emphasis in Cosmetic Dentistry as well as completing a Residency in General Practice with Emphasis in dentistry for the medically compromised. She also completed a fellowship in Temporo - mandibular Joint Disorders at the University of Rochester Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, New York. She then completed a research fellowship at the Institute of Plastic Surgery at the Tisch Hospital NYU, New York. She returned to the University of Rochester to obtain her Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics and Dento - facial Orthopedics, and then was recruited by The Institute of Reconstructive Plastics Surgery to complete a Craniofacial and Surgical Orthodontics Subspecialty Program.
