Diagnosis of the patient’s teeth and the overall oral cavity revealed aggressive periodontitis, poor hygiene, and many teeth with destructive changes on the roots.
The patient treatment plan included single-stage implantation with immediate functional loading using navigation templates and pre-milled temporary structures.
In the area of teeth root apexes 11-12, the destruction of the vestibular cortical plate was more than 8 mm. The front group of teeth on the lower jaw had the mobility of 2-3 degrees, with a slight purulent exudate.
The following were done: tooth extractions, thorough curettage of the holes, antiseptic treatment, implant placing using a navigation template, insert an bone graft harvested from the dental tubercle and roof of the mouth in the area of installed implants; immediate reconstruction of the alveolar process in the area of the teeth on the lower and upper jaws, deepening of the vestibule on the lower jaw and the immediate loading itself.
Torque was not obtained on the 11th implant, where a bone defect was pronounced. The rest were more than 35 N.
