The patient of 51 years old had a diagnosis of postoperative defect of the lower jaw. You see the condition of the oral cavity after the combined treatment of the mucosa of the alveolar process of the lower jaw.
The patient received the surgical treatment at the place of his residence: subtotal resection of the lower jaw with the reconstruction of titanium bar. After one year, the reconstructive forceful plate was removed due to its exposure. The patient required maxillofacial and plastic surgery.
The microsurgical reconstruction of the lower jaw was performed by revascularized fibular skin-bone-muscle autograft with simultaneous installation of dental implants on the upper and lower jaw, and immediate loading with a temporary prosthesis based on dental implants. The six months after reconstructive surgery, the plastic surgery of the mucosa was performed in the area of the transplant due to the deficiency of the attached mucosa near the implant collars.
The stages of treatment included bone graft harvested, modeling, dental implantation, and fixation, suturing of blood vessels, suturing of integumentary tissues, 3D modeling, and orthopedic treatment.
